By submitting an application to Plano Medical Center ("the Clinic"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Collection & Use of Personal Information
The Clinic collects personal information — including your name, contact details, employment history, education, professional credentials, and any other information provided in your application — for the purposes of evaluating your candidacy, conducting background and reference checks, and communicating with you regarding current or future employment opportunities.
2. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal information may be shared with authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process, third-party background check providers, regulatory bodies, and affiliated organizations as required. We will not sell your personal data.
3. Data Retention
Your application data will be retained for a period of up to 24 months following the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our HR department.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:
